Emergency vision services are available during office hours by calling the office nearest you. After hours, call 735-2020 or toll free 1-888-820-7878, and the answering service will arrange contact with a physician on call.

insurance plans. If your insurance company is not listed, please contact the number below as we add new plans regularly.
Our Billing Department will assist you with any necessary
paperwork and other requirements relative to your insurance provider.
